ASUS EeePC 1000HA-WHI001X and 900HA-BLK006X specials

J&R World is having an EeePC day it seems, as they are featuring three EeePC models on special. We start with the smaller one, the ASUS EPC900HA-BLK006X, an 8.9" netbook, offered for $310 and with free shipping and handling. This netbookie has an Atom N270 processor (1.6GHz), 1gb memory, 160gb disk, 4-cell battery, and Windows XP Home, along with the usual netbook conveniences and necesities (wifi, webcam, card-reader, etc). This is almost featherweight at 2.5 pounds.

But if you prefer a larger screen, they have the pearl white ASUS EPC1000HA-WHI001X on special for $350 and with free shipping and handling as well. Similar specs as above, but 10" display, and 6-cell battery instead. As you can expect, this is heavier, clocking in (okay, weighing in) at 3.2 pounds.

They also have the black (fine ebony) version available but it is temporarily out of stock. Same price as the pearl-white version and also with free shipping.

If you prefer, they also have an option to buy them together with a printer and take advantage of a $50 mail-in rebate offer. This is optional and you can find more about it at the individual product pages linked above.
