Coby (yes, Coby) experiments with affordable netbooks starting at $200

You may have seen the Coby brand on a number of low-price-alternative electronics and gadgets at your favorite electronics store and website. Unlike their soundalike (Kobe), Coby is all about low-price and affordability :)

Well, now they may be entering the netbook world - for real. They have shown a number of new models at CES 2009 as "market research projects" according to Engadget!

Liliputing spent some time at CES digging through the Coby displays and they have identified six distinct models, with the more high-end having a 10" display with an Atom-Ant 1.6 GHz sensor.
